Sykes Hot Springs In November, a couple of us went for our, by now traditional, backpack to Sykes Hot Springs in the Ventana Wilderness. Unfortunately Andy couldn't make it this year, but he was replaced by Ian along with first-year grads Kathy and Sally, and Sally's boyfriend Gary. The trip ended up happening a week after the rainy season started, so the weather looked iffy. It ended up not being too bad, we got rained on good overnight, but both hikes in and out were dry. |
